Meet the Owner
Phillip Almanza Jr. grew up on California’s Central Coast. He moved to North Dakota to play baseball at Valley City State University. As a starting pitcher for the Vikings, he earned all conference honors twice. His time as a college athlete helped develop the discipline, leadership, and work ethic he brings to every project.
Phillip entered the restoration industry at 22 years old. He quickly advanced from restoration technician to crew lead, project manager, and estimator. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate crews helped him move quickly through the industry. He also became skilled in project documentation, customer communication, and mitigation planning.
His experience includes both residential and commercial restoration. He has worked on water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and storm cleanup projects. His work has taken him across North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota, Utah, Arizona, and Florida.
Commercial restoration is one of Phillip’s specialties. He has worked on water damage projects involving hotels, apartment complexes, warehouses, and other commercial properties. These projects require proper mitigation, accurate documentation, clear communication, and effective crew coordination. Each of these is essential for keeping a project organized and minimizing disruptions.
Phillip is not an owner who operates from behind a desk. When you call Coast To Plains Solutions, you work directly with him from the initial inspection through project completion.
